Upon full payment, Prasunix transfers ownership of the work product to the client. However, Prasunix retains the right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes with client permission. Pre-existing Prasunix tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of Prasunix.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services for a period of 2 years, except as required by law.
Prasunix may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
